Arch-backdrop combo for event entrances
An Arch-Backdrop Combo combines an entrance arch with backdrop panels placed on both sides, creating one complete event entrance feature instead of separating the arch and backdrop into different locations.
This arrangement makes the entrance look fuller, grander, and more visually impressive while providing more space for event branding, logos, sponsors, and key messages. It also creates a stronger first impression when guests arrive and can serve as a natural photo spot or welcoming area.
Ideal for corporate events, conferences, annual dinners, exhibitions, and launches.
Lightbulb star arch for event entrance decor
Create a bold and eye-catching entrance with our lightbulb star arch, designed to add a striking visual highlight to your event in KL. Featuring a large star-shaped structure with warm lightbulb elements, this setup delivers a bright and welcoming atmosphere that instantly captures attention. Perfect for event entrance decor, walkways, and photo backdrop, the star arch creates a fun and iconic spot where guests can walk through and capture memorable moments. Its illuminated design enhances the overall ambience while adding strong visual impact.
This setup is especially popular for Oscar night themes, movie-themed events, gala dinners, and award ceremonies, bringing a glamorous and cinematic feel to your event experience.
At BackdropKL, we provide professional setup and reliable installation, ensuring a smooth and well-executed event experience.
Round event entrance arches
A Round Entrance Arch offers a stylish alternative to the traditional square or rectangular event entrance arch. Its curved shape creates a softer, more welcoming look while helping the entrance stand out as a strong visual feature.
Round event arches can be customised with printed branding, foamboard pop-up elements, floral decorations, festive accessories, signage, or LED lighting to match your event theme and artwork. The curved structure also creates an attractive frame for guest arrival photos.
Ideal for corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, annual dinners, festive celebrations, and themed events, custom Round Entrance Arches are available for events across KL, Selangor, and Malaysia.
Custom odd-shape entrance arches
For events that call for something beyond the usual square, rectangular, or round arch, BackdropKL creates custom odd-shape entrance arches based on your supplied design.
Instead of constructing the entire structure as a fully boxed wooden form, which can be costly, we use a more cost-effective construction method while still providing visible depth and achieving the desired custom shape from the front view.
These distinctive arches help create a stronger first impression, attract attention, reinforce your event theme, and turn the entrance into a memorable branding feature.
Celebrate milestones with a giant number arch
A giant number arch is a decorative arch structure featuring large numbers integrated into the design, perfect for milestone events like birthdays, anniversaries, milestone celebrations or corporate events. These numbers highlight the significance of the occasion, making the entrance decor stand out.
At BackdropKL, we craft giant number arches from durable wooden structures, combining elegance and stability. The numbers are fully customizable, and you can enhance the arch with decorative elements like lighting to add a personal or thematic touch. This creates a visually impactful and meaningful entrance for any special event. Imagine a stunning 50th-anniversary number entrance arch, a vibrant 30th-birthday number entrance arch, or a striking 10th business milestone marker—all designed to highlight your special numbers with flair.
Entrance arch with foamboard printing & LED lighting
A standard entrance arch can be enhanced with additional elements to create more depth, dimension, and visual interest. Custom foamboard pop-ups can be added for logos, icons, themed graphics, characters, or decorative shapes, helping selected design elements stand out from the main surface.
LED lighting can also be incorporated to highlight key areas, outline shapes, or add a brighter and more eye-catching effect.
By combining pop-up elements and lighting, a simple arch can be transformed into a more customised event entrance with greater visual impact and more creative possibilities, while still keeping the overall structure practical and cost-effective.
