Giant Mascot Standee & Letter Standee for SUKBOM 2026 Event
This One Turned Out Bigger Than We Expected Some projects are fun because you only really feel the scale after everything is completed. For this SUKBOM 2026 setup, we produced a giant mascot standee together with a large letter standee for the event. We had already seen the artwork on screen during production, but once the actual pieces were standing up, the whole thing immediately felt different. The mascot especially caught our attention — it was big, colourful and definitely hard to miss.
From Artwork to Giant Mascot Standee
Before the mascot became this giant display, it started out as printed artwork in our workshop. The shape was then carefully cut according to the mascot outline, turning a flat printed board into a proper custom standee. This is one part of the process we always enjoy seeing because the character slowly starts to “come alive” once the cutting is done. For a giant mascot standee, getting the shape right makes a big difference, especially around all the smaller details.
A Mascot That Became a Photo Spot
What we liked most about the finished mascot was how naturally it became part of the event. Once it was set up, it was no longer just a piece of event branding. People could stand beside it, take photos and interact with it, which made the display feel much more fun. That got us thinking again — sometimes a custom mascot standee does more than fill up a space. When the scale is right, it can become a photo spot on its own.
And Then Came the Letter Standee
Alongside the mascot, we also produced the large #SUKBOM2026 letter standee. The oversized lettering gave the event name a much stronger presence and worked nicely together with the mascot. Instead of keeping all the branding on a backdrop, the event name became a physical display that guests could actually stand around and photograph. We especially like this type of letter standee for event names, hashtags and campaign wording because it gives the venue another visual point without needing another full backdrop.
Mascot + Letters Worked Better Together
Seeing both pieces together was probably our favourite part of this project. The mascot brought the character and personality, while the large letters made the event identity very clear. Together, they created something that felt more complete and much more noticeable in the venue. They can also be placed together or separately depending on the space available. For this kind of setup, even a simple open area can suddenly become a proper branded photo corner once the mascot standee and event letters are in place.
From Our Workshop to the Event
Of course, making the pieces is only half the job. After production, everything still needs to be transported, assembled and positioned properly at the venue. This is usually the moment when we finally get to see whether the size, shape and overall combination work the way we imagined. And for this SUKBOM 2026 project, seeing the giant mascot standee and letter standee standing together definitely made all the workshop preparation worth it.
