A Company Logo, But on a Completely Different Scale
For this anniversary celebration, the client wanted to turn their company logo into a huge physical display inside the ballroom.
We produced a Giant 3D Logo for events based on their original artwork, keeping the familiar blue and yellow design while transforming it from a flat logo into a large freestanding structure.
Once it was installed, the scale really changed how the logo felt. Instead of simply appearing on a backdrop or screen, it became one of the main features guests could see as they entered the event space.
From a 2D Drawing to a Giant 3D Logo
Before production started, we prepared a 2D drawing to confirm the proportions, colours and overall construction of the display. The drawing itself looked quite simple, but the finished piece was anything but small.
The large blue section was built with noticeable depth, while the yellow logo element extended across the front in several layers. Once everything came together, the original company logo had been transformed into something guests could actually walk up to, stand beside and experience in person.
How to Wow Your Guests in an Anniversary Event?
Sometimes, it doesn’t have to mean filling the entire ballroom with decorations. One strong feature can already create that moment.
For this event, the oversized company logo immediately became something guests wanted to stop and look at. Because it was much larger than a normal branding display, people could stand beside it and take photos too. It turned familiar company branding into an actual part of the anniversary experience.
A Giant Logo That Became a Photo Spot
One of the things we liked seeing at the event was guests taking photos together with the logo. When a Giant 3D Logo for events is built at this scale, it naturally works as more than decoration. Guests can stand beside it individually or take group photos around it, giving the event another photo spot beyond the main backdrop.
And to show just how big this one really was, we also took a photo of Abang Loke standing beside it.
That photo probably explains the scale better than any measurement could.
Guests Could Leave Their Signatures Too
There was another meaningful use for the display. The Giant 3D logo display was used as an arrival signing area, where guests could leave their names and messages during the celebration. That made the structure feel especially suitable for an anniversary event.
By the end of the night, it wasn’t only a giant company logo anymore. The signatures became part of the display, creating a record of the people who had come together to celebrate the company’s milestone. It is a simple idea, but a meaningful one.
More Than Just an Oversized Logo
What stood out to us about this project was how many roles one display could play. It was a large branding feature, a guest photo spot and an arrival signing piece at the same time.
For an anniversary celebration, that worked particularly well because the company logo already carries meaning. Enlarging it into a physical 3D structure simply gave guests another way to interact with something they already recognised.
Sometimes, the best event feature is not about adding more — it is about making one important element impossible to miss.
