Event Setup & Production Assistant
Prefer a hands-on job instead of sitting at a desk all day?
As an Event Setup & Production Assistant, you’ll work with our production team to prepare materials and assist with event setup and dismantling at different venues.
What Will You Do?
Prepare and organise event materials
Assist with backdrops and event structures
Load and transport materials to venues
Assist with on-site installation and dismantling
Keep tools, materials and work areas organised
Work closely with the production team to complete each project
This role is suitable for candidates looking for an event crew job in KL, event setup job in Puchong or production assistant job.
Who Are We Looking For?
Responsible and organised
Willing to learn
Comfortable with hands-on work
Able to work well in a team
Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and either Mandarin or English
No Event Experience?
No previous event experience is required. Training will be provided, so candidates who are willing to learn are welcome to apply.
Sales & Marketing Executive
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to handle customer enquiries, sales follow-ups and support our marketing activities. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys communicating with customers and has an interest in sales, social media and marketing.
What Will You Do?
Handle and follow up on customer enquiries
Understand customers’ event requirements
Provide information about our products and services
Assist with quotations and sales follow-ups
Support social media content and marketing activities
Coordinate with the internal team on customer projects
This role is suitable for candidates looking for a sales job in Puchong, marketing job in Puchong or Sales & Marketing Executive position.
